The boys and girls stay in separate spacious dormitories. Each dorm has dressing rooms, bathrooms and toilets attached. The campus is well-maintained.

Scrumptious food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, is prepared and served separately. The highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in the kitchens. The food prepared is wholesome and appetizing with a wide variety. The emphasis is more on a healthy, well-balanced diet.

Medical Care

There is an infirmary in the campus, compact and well stocked. The school has a Medical Team comprising of a Medical Officer, qualified and experienced nurses, to back the 24 hrs emergency aid center. The Medical Team maintains the students’ medical records, to provide better care.

SSVM Readers’ Club: The club promotes reading, through integrated reading activities.It organizes various fun activities to support this mission. ‘The World Book Day’ was celebrated where the children dressed up as various book characters and shared their thoughts and ideas. The club introduces the concept of reading as a pleasurable, voluntary activity, contributing to the student’s quality of life. ‘The Annual Scholastic Book Fair’ is conducted to celebrate the journey of reading which facilitates the readers to find more interesting books to quench their thirst of reading in different genres. These books ignite and illuminate their interests. At SSVM we believe that, reading is like going on a holiday without packing your bags! Better than any doctor's medicine!


In addition to the handsome collection of books and spacious, well ventilated classrooms, the school also has excellent modern labs for the natural sciences. The school boasts of a well-equipped computer lab where students are introduced to the fundamentals of computing from an early age. As they move to higher classes the students are introduced to word processing, database management and eventually to software engineering.
